Developed first operational on-line automotive insurance quotation system for NJ; system includes extensive integration to legacy agency management applications.

Applications Service Provider to various industries and non-profit organizations for web-based regulatory and/or mandatory training topics; active non-disclosure arrangements preclude naming some of these clients openly on the website. Thousands served daily.

Principal author of the CourseMaster CBT authoring system, with 900,000+ runtimes licensed; used in financial services, insurance, US Govt, colleges and universities, industry, etc. CourseMaster provides flexible presentation and student management services for training and simulation.

Co-produced the award-winning multimedia CDROM Annual Report 1995 for Raritan Valley Community College. Won AECT "Best of 1995" and League of Innovation "Excellence in Communications Technology."

Principal author of REMBIS Conferencing system software; REMBIS is a speakerphone audio-graphic conferencing system supporting two-way data transfer, simultaneous with audio, over a single ordinary telephone line and through any conference bridging system. REMBIS however failed to sell to its intended pharmaceutical market, and was disbanded in 1998. Portions of the software system live on.

Served as Technical Editor, McGraw-Hill Personal Computer Programmer's Encyclopedia, and book series, Computing That Works. Knowledgeable in over 40 programming languages.

Managed project to convert 35 retail pharmacies from on-line systems to standalone systems in a period of only five months; this included retrieval of stored data with conversion to new system and complete training. Also wrote automated backoffice insurance claim processing and accounting system.

Managed project and developed software to support conversion of distribution warehouses to electronic order entry systems and full electronic inventory management. Reduced cost of order processing by 90%. Pioneered usage of barcodes in warehouse inventory management and field order entry. Piloted early EDI-style data interchange within supermarket industry.
